Although I will not get to see all of PEI in my short three day stay - I have gotten to see an enormous amount of it.
I hope you enjoy some of the pictures that I took to chronicle the trip...

At Basin Head
Beach where jumping into a canal that pulls you out to sea is a
fantastic time for the kids...it is also the home of the singing
sands...the sand here has the highest concentration of silica of
anywhere...when you walk on the sand - it squeaks! |

After a wonderful day of sight seeing we went to New Glasow for a Lobster Supper - what an absolute feast!
I am sad to leave this incredibly picturesque little island that only measures 150 miles long (250 KM's) and 14 miles at it's widest and 4 at it's narrowest - if I remember all of the facts our tour guide from the East End Light House gave us....
The people, the landscapes, the history and the food - it is all absolutely amazing.
My next destination - Moncton New Brunswick - Until next time - ride safe
